Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

You do not need to create an account. You are welcome to checkout as a guest, however by signing up and creating an account you will receive some amazing benefits. Be the first to know about new products, upcoming sales, flash discounts etc. 

I have moved, how do I update my address details?
Its easy! All you need to do is log on to your account via our website where you can edit your profile.
The item I want is sold out, what can I do?
Simply email us at info@chicthebrand.com.au with the name and/or a picture of the item that you want and we will be in touch to let you know if we have more stock coming in.
I just placed an order but would like to change it, is that possible?
In the instance that you have changed your mind after only just placing an order online, please email us at info@chicthebrand.com.au as soon as possible so we can amend the order before it is processed & dispatched. Unfortunately, once items have been shipped it cannot be amended and will need to be treated as a return or exchange once you receive the items.


I ordered an item but the size is wrong, what can I do?
If the item you ordered does not fit, then please return the item to us within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging and you will be given store credit in the form of a gift voucher, which you can use to purchase the correct size. 


Do you have a store I can come in to try on the clothes?
Chic Maternity is an online retail store. That’s how we are able to get you the best prices. Unfortunately we do not have any physical stores where you are able to try on the clothes.  


Can I come in and collect my order? 
Orders cannot be picked up, they will be sent to you via Australia Post. 


If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
Shipping delivery times vary depending on where you live. Most metro areas within Australia takes between 2-3 business days for delivery. Darwin, Western Australia and rural areas takes between 2-5 business days. For orders being sent to New Zealand please allow 3-7 business days. The above times should only be used as a guideline, we will always do our best to send your parcel as soon as your order is received and processed.

We are very excited to announce that we now ship WORLDWIDE!! Please check our shipping page for rates and shipping info. 


I have store credit, how do I use it?
Your available store credit will be automatically emailed to you in the form of a gift voucher. When you decide to use your gift voucher there will be an option on the checkout page to enter your voucher number and the value of your voucher will be deducted from your shopping total.


When will I know my order has been shipped?
When your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, we will send out an email notification to confirm that your parcel has been sent, this email will include your tracking number. 


How can I track my order? 
When you receive the email notification that your order has been dispatched, within that email you will find your Australia Post tracking number. Simple click HERE, enter your tracking number and you should receive updated info on the status of your parcel. 


How fast are returns processed?
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. Once your return is processed you will receive an email notification.

What is Afterpay? And how does it work? 
Afterpay allows you to receive your purchase straightaway and pay for it over 4 easy instalments, which are due every fortnight. Simply shop online as you normally would, just choose Afterpay when you reach the payment page at checkout. You will then be re-directed to the Afterpay website, new customers will need to create an account while exciting customers just need to log in. 

After you check out, your order will be shipped to you immediately. You can log in to your Afterpay account at any time to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.
